Resolute Property Partners is an intermediary for operational real estate. We exist to give owners certainty — taking operational risk and asset management headache off their hands and paying a fixed coupon, secured by a lease, through the cycle.
Who we are
Resolute takes operational real estate on a long lease and pays the owner a fixed coupon. In doing so, we absorb the performance risk and asset management headache, converting it into something an individual or institution can rely on: predictable, contractual income.
The firm was built deliberately around that single idea. We work across hospitality and serviced offices, and selectively in other operational classes, always alongside best-in-class global operators and brands.
Our name is our intent. We aim to be a steady, dependable counterparty that owners, funds and lenders can trust to be there through the cycle, and for the long term.
Leadership
Resolute is led by partners with deep experience across real-estate investment and hospitality operations.
PARTNER
Steven has spent his career building and modernising hospitality and serviced-living businesses as Managing Director of Cove, backed by Brookfield private equity, SACO, one of Europe's most established serviced-apartment brands, and helping scale the global hospitality company Sonder from start-up to its NASDAQ listing. He has owned or operated over $2 billion of property across Europe.
He began his career as a solicitor at Freshfields and Milbank before joining Bain & Company's private equity practice. He graduated summa cum laude from Emory University and holds a Master's in Finance & Management from St Andrews and a law degree from BPP.
Partner
A founding partner of Capstone Equities, where he has led the acquisition of over $1.5 billion of property across Europe and the United States through a value-oriented strategy. He was principle on purchases of one of Spain's largest homebuilders and a large Italian operational hotel portfolio.
He previously served as managing principal of Zamir Equities, a Manhattan acquisition and investment firm, and began his career as a Managing Director at The Moinian Group. Josh holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU's Schack Institute, and a BS from NYU's Stern School of Business.
PARTNER
Maurice's career spans real-estate investment and construction. He served as Head of Hospitality at Chalegrove Properties, overseeing the design and construction of the 162-room aparthotel within Landmark Pinnacle — Western Europe's tallest residential tower — and led its disposal, which culminated in a £62.5m sale to Brookfield. He later co-led Chalegrove's legal department.
He began his career on 3-Beirut, Foster + Partners' first project in Lebanon, a $200m luxury residential development. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut, a Masters in Management from London Business School, and a Masters in Law from the University of Law, London.
